As a Childbirth Educator and Perinatal Health & Wellness Coach, I offer you high-quality education, guidance and support in your journey to having children and becoming a parent.
Childbirth classes are offered face to face for expecting couples in Calgary and area, as well as virtually through a self-paced platform for anyone, anywhere! In addition, Perinatal Health & Wellness Coaching supports women to positively impact their physical and mental wellbeing and their baby's health.

EMBODY PREGNANCY, BIRTH & PARENTING
Registrations are open for January 2022!
An 8-week Childbirth series with a holistic approach to learning about pregnancy, birth, baby, and parenting. Classes will be embedded with prenatal yoga and mindfulness activities to support your preparation for birth and parenthood.

As a Preconception Health and Wellness Coach, I will educate and support you in the areas most needed by you. We will cover nutrition intake, weight concerns, stress management, and so much more! So let’s work together to get your mind and body ready for pregnancy!
PREGNANCY HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING
Pregnancy harder than you expected? Are you overwhelmed with all there is to do and know?
As a pregnancy coach, I can support your journey in the areas you need. Whether it is nutrition, getting physical activity into your day, navigating a medically complex pregnancy, learning to practice self-care, or all of the above, I can support you so that you can enjoy and glow in your pregnancy.
POSTPARTUM HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING
Helping women transition after birth to be the mom and woman they desire to be!
Once a baby is born, so is a Mother.
Your old self with the pre-pregnancy body, freedom and independence has changed. Now you are challenged with a postpartum body, sleep deprivation, reduced nutrition, minimal social interactions and minimal exercise while trying to keep up with the needs of a dependent baby. Through postpartum coaching, I will help, guide and support you toward the newly evolved you that you desire. We do this starting where you are and getting you to where you want to be at a doable pace with your schedule. It takes a village to raise a child, and I would love to be part of that village for you.
